The Million for a Morgue campaign is well underway. The project aims to raises funds for a state of the art facility at the University of Dundee to support advances in medical and anthropological techniques. As part of the project, I have joined with 9 other crime writers to help raises funds for the center. The public are able to vote for their favorite author on the University of Dundee’s website and the author who raises the most money will have the privilege of having the new morgue named after them.
I have no doubt that future discoveries and procedures developed at the center will support bringing more criminals to justice and will greatly advance the field of forensic anthropology for the entire world.
I would urge you to read what has been said in The Courier and on the BBC to learn more about the project. Then, join the Million for a Morgue community on Facebook and make a donation on the University’s site.
