The tour was a wonderful moving experience. As Kathy mentions in the piece, these men and women are just looking for some semblance of normalcy. Even to talk about a normal book or TV show can be incredibly uplifting.

]]> Seizure was recently reviewed on Sugarscape by a new reader. While it’s wonderful to get reviews by professional reviewers there will always be something special about a personal review like this. It shows a real interest in not only the material (the book itself) but the culture.

Regardless of what people say about the state of literature, it’s refreshing to see that it continues to generate interest and feedback. That kind of strength should be able to weather any storm.
